About the role

As a Senior Learning Program Manager, you willdesign and manage group training programs that strengthen the skills andknowledge of our game development teams, with a key focus on Producer LearningPrograms and other Technical Learning Programs (e.g. Art and Game Developmentdisciplines). Working closely with subject-matter experts, HR, divisionstakeholders, you will identify development needs, create practical learningsolutions and project manage training activities across our global studios. Youwill also evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve our trainingapproach in line with evolving business needs, industry practices and gamedevelopment trends.

What you will do

Learning Needs Assessment & Analysis

· Conduct thorough needs assessments to identifyskill gaps, development opportunities, and learning requirements acrossproducer, technical, and other disciplines across departments and studios.

· Collaborate with division stakeholders, studioHR heads, and business leaders to understand business objectives and translatethem into effective learning solutions, with a specific focus on ProducerLearning Programs and Technical Learning Programs (e.g. Art, Game Development).

Global Learning Program Design & Delivery

· Lead the design, development, and curation ofengaging, effective learning programs using a range of methodologies, includinge-learning modules, instructor-led training, workshops, blended learning, and coaching.

· Own end-to-end design and rollout of ProducerLearning Programs (for Producers and Production leads) and other TechnicalLearning Programs (e.g. Art, Game Development), partnering with externaltrainers, internal subject-matter experts, and studio leadership

Stakeholder& Program Management

· Act as a trusted point of contact for divisionstakeholders, studio leadership and studio HR heads on global learninginitiatives, balancing global consistency with local studio needs.

· Manage vendors and external facilitators, fromsourcing and evaluation through contracting and delivery quality.

· Build and manage program timelines, budgets, andsuccess metrics; report progress to the L&D Director and seniorstakeholders.

· Represent Global Learning Programs incross-studio and cross-region conversations.

LearningImpact & Continuous Improvement

· Establish appropriate evaluation approaches tomeasure learning effectiveness and participant engagement to identifyopportunities for improvement.

· Stay current on learning trends in the gamesindustry and technical/creative skill development, bringing new approaches intothe program portfolio.

· 5-7 years of experience in L&D, learning program management, or a closely related field

· Experience working in or with the games,animation, VFX, or broader tech/creative production industry is a strong plus

· Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

· Experience managing multi-stakeholder program globally and comfort adapting communication style across cultures and time zones

· Excellent facilitation and presentation skills,with the ability to engage and motivate learners, senior stakeholders, and leaders.

· Strong project and program management skills,with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizeeffectively, problem solve and meet deadlines.

· A passion for games

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;L&D-related certifications (e.g. ACTA, ICF, instructional designcredentials), and facilitation skills are a plus.
