E-Commerce Fulfilment Assistant | Up to $2,600 | North - #1171333

Job Responsibilities

• Pack stocks and orders accurately for deliveries and courier collection.
• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely collection and delivery of orders.
• Liaise with the Operations and Accounts departments regarding orders, payments, and delivery arrangements.
• Perform data entry, filing, document printing, and other administrative duties related to daily operations.
• Conduct daily stock counts and inventory checks to ensure accurate stock records and sufficient inventory levels.
• Receive, check, and issue stock accurately according to operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and inventory transactions.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports and related documentation.
• Monitor and manage stock-in and stock-out activities to ensure proper inventory control.
• Manage the e-commerce system, including creating orders and updating order and delivery statuses.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods, including lifting and carrying items as required.
• Maintain an organised and tidy work area to support smooth daily operations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned by Management.

• Well-organised, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
• Good team player with a responsible and hands-on approach to work.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Comfortable handling physical goods and carrying out warehouse-related duties.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, order fulfilment, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations will be advantageous.
