- Daily Job Health Checks – Conduct daily monitoring of batch jobs and system processes to ensure operational stability

- Log Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration – Extract relevant logs for failed jobs and collaborate with Business System Analysts(BSAs) to discuss failures and coordinate necessary catch-up activities

- Knowledge Base Documentation – Document job failures, root causes, and resolutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference

- Post-Patching Verification – Verify system stability and job execution following monthly server patching, and coordinate necessary follow-up actions

- Job Execution Support – Execute SQL pipelines and ad-hoc jobs as requested by BSAs or developers, following provided instructions and procedures

- Job Configuration – Configure new batch jobs by creating properties files and Quartz scheduler flows based on standard documentation and guidelines provided by BSAs

- Unix/Linux – Possess working knowledge of fundamental Unix commands for system checks, file management, and operational tasks

- Project Reporting Support – Assist project teams in preparing monthly operational and performance reports

- Ticket Management & Follow-Up – Monitor Jira tickets and proactively follow up with BSAs and Project Managers (PMs) on outstanding issues and service requests

- Documentation Support – Assist in creating and maintaining operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical guides etc. as required

- Connectivity & Security Operations – Perform Controlled File Transfer (CFT) connectivity testing, execute encryption and decryption processes using tools such as SLIFT and PGP, and support cutover activities for connectivity configurations
