HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER – BOUTIQUE HOSPITALITY

Salary: S$7,000 – S$9,000/month

Location: Geylang

Off Days: 8 days/month (Weekday off)

Working Hours:

Monday – Sunday: 9:00am – 11:00pm

Working hours may vary depending on operational requirements.

About the Company

A Singapore company operating historic / heritage properties, including boutique apartments and clubhouses.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall daily operations of boutique apartments and clubhouses

• Manage member relations, front office, housekeeping, maintenance and property services

• Lead, manage and develop the operations team

• Improve member experience and overall service quality

• Manage budgets, cost control and revenue performance

• Support sales, marketing and business growth initiatives

• Manage vendors and property operational processes

• Analyze operational data and monitor overall business performance

• Act as the key point of contact between the company, members and business partners

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel / hospitality industry

• Hotel, boutique hotel or serviced apartment management experience is preferred

• Strong team leadership and people management skills

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in budgeting, cost control and business management

• Familiar with property management systems and mobile inspection tools

• Basic knowledge of property maintenance and M&E systems, especially for older / historic buildings

• Good English communication skills – spoken and written

• Mandarin or Malay is an advantage

• Employee training experience is preferred

• Background or experience in arts, humanities, heritage or historic properties is an advantage
