Sales Engineer - #1171153

ADA AI Pte Ltd is looking for exceptional sales engineering support for the ADA sales team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting and demonstrating ADA’s amazing products and solutions that address our prospective and current customers’ Video Analytics(VA) needs. You will be trained to take customers and prospects on deep journey and understanding of ADA VA’s solutions and a working knowledge of ADA VA’s technology to articulate ADA VA’s solution to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales team to understand customers’ needs that are the impetus for them to consider ADA VA’s solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and product management to map ADA VA technology to the customers locally and regionally.
• Understand and articulate ADA VA’s technology vision and strategy and communicate its business value and impact by preparing and conducting demonstrations, trials, proof-of-concepts, whiteboard discussions, sales support documentation and technical sales presentations.
• Develop and maintain expert-level, working knowledge and ability to present high level and deep-dive technical product functionality that support customer’s technical and functional requirements.
• Support Sales team for project delivery including project deliverable monitoring and management.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies.
• Lead efforts to complete RFIs, RFPs and Tender.
• Setting up and hand holding customer’s during ADA VA proof of concepts.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including setup and network configuration.
• Assist sales in creating product/technical information and diagrams.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing on any product/technical scope of work.
• Will be required to function as tier III support of the ADA VA’s solutions.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains project data base by keeping records of delivered projects; entering and backing up data both in hard & soft copy.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and any other area of responsibility assigned by the company.
• Protect the organization’s repute and principles.
• Reporting to the direct superior.
• 50% Pre-Sales solution design/engineering.
• 50% Post-Sales implementation and support.
