Responsibilities

Product / Platform Management

• Support end-to-end functions for the PAPM platform (Recommended Closed End, Evergreen Funds and Referrals), including product onboarding and system operations.

• Oversee ongoing product performance monitoring and NAV reporting.

• Maintain BAU repository platform and systems upkeep.

• Assist in system enhancements and implementation, including the rollout of new products or platforms.

• Assist in sales management and provide after-sales support for Private Assets Referral.

Reporting, Process Improvement and Team Support

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly/quarterly reporting for Closed End, Evergreen and Referrals.

• Support and work on regional product initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

• Manage GP relationships and payment processing.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business units and external asset managers.

• Assist Front Office with Private Assets enquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Self-starter, highly motivated, and results-oriented.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, ideally within Alternatives or Private Assets.

• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Good understanding of banking operations.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
