About the Role

We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from candidate sourcing and engagement through to interview coordination and placement.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and taking ownership of recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review candidate profiles and conduct initial screening to assess suitability for available opportunities.
• Engage and build relationships with candidates to understand their career goals, experience, and job preferences.
• Match candidates with suitable positions based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the relevant systems.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and recruitment needs.
• Provide candidates with relevant information regarding job scope, requirements, remuneration structure, and interview processes.
• Manage multiple recruitment assignments while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Support recruitment-related administrative and coordination duties when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, business development, or a people-oriented role is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with and engaging candidates from different backgrounds.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
• Good follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with no prior recruitment experience but who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
