Manager/Senior Manager, Community Health Planning & Partnerships (Public Healthcare) - #1170941

We are looking for an experienced and strategic professional with strong stakeholder engagement, planning and project management skills to develop Healthy Precincts and drive initiatives that improve community health and wellbeing.

What to expect:

• Drive Healthy Precinct planning and develop Community Health Plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use data and insights to identify community needs and shape strategies that better integrate health and social services.
• Build strategic partnerships with grassroots leaders, social agencies, healthcare providers and other community stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder engagements and coordinate partners to align priorities, establish shared goals and monitor progress.
• Design and implement community health initiatives and projects that improve population health and strengthen community care.
• Track outcomes and measure impact to evaluate initiatives and support continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 5–8 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking, with good conceptual and analytical capabilities.
• Proven planning, organisational and project management skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills, with the ability to bring different parties together.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; resilient, resourceful and adaptable in managing multiple priorities.
• Experience within the Singapore healthcare system and/or integrated care models would be advantageous.
• May be considered for junior positions as well
