We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support daily operations and ensure a smooth experience for students and parents.
You will work closely with the Centre Manager to manage enquiries, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Follow up on enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins
- Assist with trial lesson bookings and student enrolments
- Provide clear and professional communication to parents and students
Operations and Administration:
- Assist with lesson scheduling and student records
- Track attendance and support daily operations
- Handle basic billing and administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the centre
