The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the factory and ensuring that production activities are carried out efficiently, safely and according to company requirements.

* Plan, organise and supervise daily factory production and operations.

* Manage workers and allocate manpower according to production requirements.

* Monitor the manufacturing of curtains and other textile products to ensure quality standards are met.

* Oversee the operation of sewing machines, curtain pleating machines and other production equipment.

* Monitor production schedules and ensure orders are completed within the required deadlines.

* Coordinate the preparation, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing and delivery of finished products.

* Conduct quality checks and resolve production or workmanship issues.

* Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and in safe working condition.

* Maintain a safe and organised factory environment and ensure workers comply with workplace safety procedures.

* Monitor raw materials, fabrics, accessories and production supplies and arrange replenishment when necessary.

* Maintain production, inventory and operational records.

* Coordinate with management, suppliers, installers and other departments regarding production requirements.

* Train and supervise factory workers and monitor their work performance.

* Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.

* Perform other factory management and operational duties as assigned by management.
