Responsibilities
- Perform order processing for our sales team
- Making system entry for sales order, sales delivery orders, sales invoices, purchase orders and purchase invoices
- Ensure proper records and filing of sales, purchase and logistics documents
- Provide administrative support for general logistic operation
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least an “O” or “A” level, Nitec / Diploma in Logistics/Business
- Working experience in similar job function and use of ERP software system advantageous
- Proficient in MS office application
- Good communication & organization skill
- Initiative and ability to work independently
