About the Role
NovaHealth TCM Clinic is seeking a hands-on and dependable Senior Human Resources Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR operations across our growing network of clinics.
This is an operational role suited to someone who is organised, responsive and comfortable working independently. The successful candidate will work closely with management and outlet leaders to ensure that HR matters are handled accurately, promptly and in compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding.
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, salary adjustment letters, disciplinary documents and other HR correspondence.
Administer monthly payroll, commissions, allowances, deductions, CPF contributions and final salary calculations.
Manage employee leave, attendance, medical certificates, time-off and payroll records using the company’s HR system.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files.
Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, performance appraisals and employee exits.
Support disciplinary, grievance and employee-relations matters with proper documentation and follow-up.
Advise management and employees on HR policies, employment terms and workplace practices.
Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, templates and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, CPF requirements, MOM regulations and other applicable employment guidelines.
Assist with manpower planning, staff deployment and HR reporting across multiple clinic locations.
Coordinate employee training, staff engagement and internal HR communications.
Support management with ad hoc HR and administrative projects when required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a full-spectrum HR role.
Good working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, MOM requirements, CPF and work pass administration.
Practical experience in payroll processing and HR information systems.
Able to draft clear and professional HR letters, contracts and internal communications.
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling payroll, employment terms and confidential records.
Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and follow matters through to completion.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Experience with Payboy and/or Xero will be an advantage.
Prior experience in healthcare, retail, wellness or other multi-site operations will be an advantage.
