Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customers’ orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Clear and clean tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Assist with cashier duties and other restaurant operations when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Previous restaurant or F&B experience will be an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Full-time & part-time position.
• Shift work may be required.
