Ad Hoc Workshop Trainer / Facilitator - #1170582

Carden SG is looking for engaging and responsible Ad Hoc Workshop Trainers to conduct our scent and experiential workshops for corporate, community and private groups.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable speaking in front of groups, and can confidently take charge of a workshop session.
Key Responsibilities
Host and conduct workshops independently based on Carden SG's workshop flow and guidelines
Brief participants and demonstrate the workshop activities clearly
Engage participants throughout the session and create an enjoyable workshop experience
Assist participants with the creation and customisation of their products
Take the lead during workshops and guide other part-time facilitators on how to support participants
Coordinate with supporting facilitators to ensure the workshop runs smoothly
Assist with workshop setup, preparation and teardown when required
Ensure workshop materials and equipment are properly handled and accounted for
Training & Assessment
Selected candidates will be required to:
Attend a compulsory 3-hour workshop training session
The training session is unpaid, but you may bring home the products you create during the training
Complete a role-play assessment within 1 week after training to demonstrate your understanding of the workshop flow and ability to facilitate independently
Candidates will be scheduled for assignments after successfully completing the training and assessment
Who We Are Looking For
Confident and comfortable speaking in front of groups
Friendly, engaging and able to connect with participants
Able to give clear instructions and demonstrations
Responsible, punctual and dependable
Able to take initiative and manage a workshop independently
Comfortable guiding and coordinating other part-time facilitators
Able to adapt to different participant profiles and group dynamics
Willing to assist with physical setup and teardown of workshop materials
Prior experience in facilitation, events, teaching, training, hospitality or customer-facing roles is an advantage, but not compulsory
Work Arrangement
Ad hoc / Part-time assignments
Assignments may be held at our studio or at external corporate/event venues across Singapore
Workshop timings vary depending on event requirements
Availability for weekday daytime assignments is an advantage
This is a hands-on facilitation role primarily focused on conducting workshops and creating a positive participant experience, rather than sales or business development.
