Retail Sales Manager - #1170557

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the showroom sales team, driving sales performance and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the retail sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor individual sales performance and provide guidance.
• Handle walk-in customers and assist with product selection and quotations when required.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, interior designers, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure the showroom is well-presented and products are properly displayed.
• Follow up on quotations, customer enquiries and sales orders.
• Assist the team in handling customer feedback and resolving sales-related issues.
• Monitor sales activities, promotions and product pricing.
• Work closely with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and order fulfilment.
• Provide regular sales updates and feedback to management.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or sales management.
• Experience in bathroom, sanitaryware, kitchen, lighting, renovation or related industries will be an advantage.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead, motivate and manage a sales team.
• Target-driven, responsible and proactive.
• Able to handle customers professionally and resolve problems effectively.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays according to the showroom schedule when required.
