Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile, hands-on marketer to help strengthen SICC’s brand, digital presence and engagement with the business community.

This is a broad B2B marketing role covering digital marketing, content, campaigns and communications. You will work across SICC’s programmes, events, membership and thought leadership, with exposure to senior business leaders, policymakers and companies across industries.

We are looking for someone who can think, create and execute – bringing fresh ideas and taking ownership from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Campaigns & Digital: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SICC’s social media, website and email channels to drive awareness, engagement and participation.
• Content & Creative: Create compelling content and creative assets from SICC’s programmes, events, research and thought leadership; support publications and coordinate with creative partners where required.
• Content & Communications: Stay abreast of business, economic and policy developments; identify opportunities for relevant content and support SICC’s corporate and executive communications.
• Performance & Delivery: Track marketing performance and use insights to improve results. Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to market SICC’s programmes, membership, events and partnerships.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing or communications.
• Strong digital, social media, content and writing skills.
• Creative, curious and interested in business and current affairs.
• Proactive and hands-on, with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with colleagues and senior stakeholders.
• Adaptable and willing to learn, experiment and explore new approaches and tools.
• Familiarity with analytics, Canva, WordPress and AI-enabled marketing tools is an advantage.
