Essential Experience & Skills

- 10+ years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in Java

- Deep proficiency in Spring Boot and the Spring Framework ecosystem

- Hands-on experience with build tools such as Maven

- Strong knowledge of JUnit/Mockito and test-driven development practices

- Solid understanding of SQL, RDBMS, and PostgreSQL database design and optimization

- Proficiency with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows

- Experience with Docker containerization and deployment

- Strong Linux administration skills and shell scripting capabilities

-Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation

- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring developers and leading technical teams

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders, building trusted relationships

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions, mentor engineers, and champion best practices in software development and DevOps.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic thinking with deep technical involvement, ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with business goals.

What You'll Do

Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance applications using Java and modern cloud-native technologies

Drive technical decision-making and provide guidance on system design, coding standards, and development best practices

Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to quality, security, and performance standards

Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices, automating build, test, and deployment pipelines

Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis efforts

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, driving innovation within the team

Support Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives

Desirable Skills & Experience

-Experience with Kubernetes orchestration and Helm chart management

-Familiarity with ArgoCD for GitOps-based continuous delivery

- Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Grafana and Loki

-Knowledge of workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow

-Experience with AWS cloud services, including Aurora, EKS, andS3

-Exposure to AI Engineering and tools such as Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development platforms

-Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems

-Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation

- Knowledge of secure coding practices and Dev SecOps principles

-Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
