• 9am - 6pmJob Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries and shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents and track deliveries.
• Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch e-commerce orders.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock take.
• Assist with purchasing and liaise with suppliers.
• Update inventory and logistics records.
• Prepare simple reports and support daily administrative work.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations team.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
