Salary: $2,000–$2,500 per month
Working Days: 6 days per week

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, responsible and service-oriented Clinic Assistant to join a local medical clinic located just 5 minutes' walk from Lakeside MRT.
You will work closely with the doctor and clinic team to support daily clinic operations, assist patients and ensure that the clinic runs smoothly.
Candidates with previous clinic or healthcare experience are preferred, but applicants who are willing to learn and have good customer-service skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Register patients and manage patient appointments
- Attend to phone calls and general patient enquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information using the clinic's computer system
- Collect payments and assist with basic bookkeeping and documentation
- Assist the doctor with ECG, nebulizer treatments and minor procedures
- Monitor and replenish medication, stationery and medical supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the clinic
- Provide friendly and professional service to patients
- Support the doctor and clinic team with other general duties when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Clinic Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role is an advantage
- Basic computer literacy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating with patients from different backgrounds
- Patient, responsible and customer-service oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Willing to learn clinic procedures and basic medical-assisting duties
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Shift – 3 days per week
6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday
8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday & Public Holidays
Off
