• Assist sales team with quotations, proposals, and contracts.

• Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

• Track customer accounts, follow up on payments.

• Coordinate with clients on inquiries, product availability, and after-sales service.

Administrative Duties

• Handle general office administration (filing, documentation, correspondence).

• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales staff.

• Maintain inventory records and liaise with suppliers/logistics.

• Prepare reports (sales performance, customer feedback, expenses).

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
