For seniors who require rehabilitation, we support them by helping them regain mobility and physical functions after illness or surgery, to regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
As a physiotherapist, you will work with your clients to provide a comprehensive assessment and management plan and lifestyle management strategies to prevent further injuries. You are responsible for helping clients restore mobility, function, and independence through detailed assessments of problems and setting person-centered goals.
You will need to:
- Assess, evaluate, plan, and treat clients with various disabilities for optimal care
- Participate in quality improvement, research, and collaborative projects
- Facilitate any new initiatives and protocols
- Conduct training for therapists, support staff, and other health care professionals.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standard
- Enhance the department's profile through interdepartmental interactions
You should:
- Possess a Degree in Physiotherapy
- Be fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
- Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Be proficient in Google Suite applications

- Are open to travel to various locations for work
- Are comfortable working in interdisciplinary settings
- Are managing clients with neurological and geriatric conditions
- Are proficient in National One Rehab Framework
