Helpdesk Support Engineer

Location: Singapore

Working Hours: Rotational shifts, Monday–Saturday

Shifts

• 7:00am–4:30pm

• 8:30am–6:00pm

• 1:30pm–11:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st-level IT support for desktops, laptops, applications, hardware and IP phones
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents/service requests within SLA
  • Log and manage tickets, with escalation to L2/L3 or vendors when required
  • Set up and maintain IT equipment and asset records
  • Assist with software/patch deployment
  • Provide timely updates to users and support teams

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
  • Helpdesk / Desktop Support experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and able to work shifts
