Responsible for taking orders / cashiering / training of new staff
Assist in the ordering of supplies for the restaurant
Assist in monthly inventory counts
Adhere to cleanliness standards
Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by The Manager
Willing to night shift work hours ( start work from 4pm ) & weekends and public holidays
Independent, self-initiated, and able to work in a fast paced environment
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in high-volume Chinese dining, Zi Char, or live seafood establishments
Conversational proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with staff and customers
