Job Summary

Drive and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Manage daily content creation, market research, and performance reporting to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and post daily content across social media platforms to maintain active audience interaction
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing plans and optimize campaigns
• Execute marketing plans effectively to achieve targeted business outcomes
• Monitor and report monthly performance improvements to guide strategic adjustments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in social media marketing or related fields is advantageous
• Immediate availability is preferred to support timely project execution

Other Information

• Work from anywhere with flexible location arrangements
• Five-day work week with half-day work on designated days
• Fourteen days of paid leave annually
