- Apply adhesive substances like cement to surfaces to be tiled
- Lay tiles in the designed pattern, ensuring they are aligned properly
- Use tools such as tile cutters and grinders to cut and shape tiles
- Mix, apply and spread plaster, concrete, or mortar over surfaces
- Repair and replace tiles that may become cracked or damaged over time
- Seal and wipe surfaces to prevent water seepage and damage
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Estimate costs and quantities of materials needed for tiling projects
