Regional Training Strategy & Business Impact

• Responsible for all training activities across the retail function in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Guam, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand.
• Define and execute the Retail Training & Leadership Development strategy across South Asia Pacific, aligning Global Retail Academy priorities with regional business objectives.
• Translate commercial performance insights into regional capability strategies that improve retail performance, client experience and leadership effectiveness.
• Establish regional governance, deployment priorities and capability roadmaps to ensure consistent execution across all markets.
• Monitor programme effectiveness through business KPIs, behavioural change, learning analytics and Return on Training Investment, and training budgets in driving continuous improvement
• Manage the regional training budget and optimise resource allocation to maximise business impact.
• Champion Gucci culture, client-centric mindset and Brand values across all learning initiatives.

Retail Training Excellence

• Drive the implementation of Retail Academy programmes across Client Experience, Selling Ceremony, Client Development, Product Excellence and Brand Culture.
• Ensure consistent retail training standards across the region while enabling appropriate localisation to reflect business priorities and cultural differences.
• Train retail teams in delivering elevated, personalized client experience that fosters long-term relationships
• Oversee regional deployment plans, training calendars and implementation roadmaps to ensure operational excellence.

Retail Leadership Development & Onboarding

• Lead the deployment and successful implementation of Global Learning Leadership Development programmes across South Asia Pacific, ensuring alignment with regional business priorities and local market needs
• Partner with General Managers and Market Leadership to identify leadership capability gaps and define targeted development plans
• Ensure a consistent regional onboarding framework that supports rapid capability building, leadership readiness and long-term business performance

StrategicPartnership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the strategic Retail Training & Leadership Development partner to General Managers and Regional functional leaders
• Build strong partnerships with Global Retail Academy and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between global priorities and regional execution.
• Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights, capability assessments and business recommendations
• Lead regular regional business reviews to evaluate capability progression, programme effectiveness and future priorities
• Champion Gucci culture, client-centric behaviours and organisational change across all training initiatives
• Foster collaboration and best-practice sharing across markets to strengthen capability and accelerate performance
• Lead the regional adaptation and implementation of new Retail Academy initiatives, supporting business transformation and change adoption
