Responsibilities

• Create and develop new floral designs for product launches, weddings, and events
• Oversee floral inventory and manage weekly procurement
• Mentor junior florists to ensure timely and high-quality order fulfillment
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure on-time delivery of scheduled orders
• Prepare weekend floral orders in advance by Friday
• Perform monthly on-site floral maintenance at designated hotel locations
• Handle on-site setup and installation for floral arrangements that cannot be transported

Requirements

• Relevant experience in weddings and events is an advantage
• Willing to work on weekends to support wedding and event setups
