Beauty Sales Supervisor - #1169399

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Sales Supervisor to supervise the centre’s daily sales activities, guide the sales team and provide professional beauty and scalp care consultations to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the beauty sales team.
• Allocate duties and monitor the individual and overall performance of sales staff.
• Conduct professional beauty and scalp care consultations for customers.
• Recommend suitable treatments, service packages and retail products according to customers’ needs.
• Guide, train and coach sales staff on consultation techniques, product knowledge and customer-service standards.
• Monitor sales targets, customer follow-ups, appointment conversions and package renewals.
• Prepare regular sales, customer follow-up and team-performance reports for management.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints and service-recovery matters.
• Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with beauticians and therapists to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support centre promotions, customer-retention programmes and other sales initiatives.
• Ensure that all treatment and product information is communicated accurately and professionally.
• Perform other sales supervisory duties assigned by management.

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in beauty consultation, retail sales or customer service.
• Previous experience supervising or guiding a sales team is preferred.
• Good knowledge of beauty, skincare and scalp care treatments and products.
• Strong sales, communication and customer-service skills.
