IT & DEVICE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on IT & Device Support Executive to support the installation, configuration and day-to-day technical support of our ECG devices and related systems. The role involves working with internal teams, healthcare professionals and customers to ensure smooth setup, troubleshooting and timely support.

Key Responsibilities

·Install, set up and configure ECG devices and related software/systems at hospitals, clinics and other healthcare institutions.

·Provide onsite and remote technical support, including hardware, software, connectivity and system troubleshooting.

·Guide customers and healthcare professionals on device operation and system usage.

·Perform system testing and post-installation checks to ensure devices and applications function properly.

·Coordinate with internal IT, engineering or external technical teams for issue resolution when required.

·Maintain accurate installation, service and troubleshooting records and provide timely customer follow-up.

·Support software updates, basic network/Wi-Fi configuration and other internal IT matters as assigned.

Requirements

·Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

·Approximately 1–2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, field service or a similar role.

·Good understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, Wi-Fi and troubleshooting.

·Comfortable with onsite installation, customer support and hands-on technical work.

·Good communication, problem-solving and customer service skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.

·Experience supporting devices, healthcare technology or healthcare IT systems will be an advantage.

·Willing to learn about ECG devices, healthcare technology and related applications.
