Pega Developer - #1169281

Pega Developer that will be part of the Application Enhancement / Maintenance Support Team.

- Implement enhancement based on requirements specified in Change Requests.

- Perform application testing and closure of application defects.

- Provide production support to users, handle user queries and resolve production issues.

- Provide resolution / workaround to issues and problems reported.

- Liaising with external systems in resolving production issues when necessary.

- Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed on time and to the required level of quality.

- Ensure service level agreements are met and escalate whenever required.

Note: Open to junior candidate who has knowledge in Java and willing to learn Pega and other technologies required by the project.
