Overview

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient output, quality standards, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production workflows to meet targets, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Supervise and allocate tasks to team members, including scheduling and overtime management.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Lead, motivate, and manage team performance, training, and development.
• Ensure workplace safety, security, and good housekeeping practices.
• Maintain product quality by identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and preventing non-conformities.
• Support process improvements, equipment optimization, and new project initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and environmental guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in managing operators and line leaders is a must.
• Relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage operations independently and drive continuous improvement.
