This will be a 1-year renewable contract based in Jurong.
Responsibilities
- Admin and coordination support to project management teams.
- Day to day programme operations.
- Ensure smooth execution of programme activities.
- Supporting monthly budget control reviews and annual finance reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling, preparation of materials, minute taking, and follow up of action items.
- General admin duties (calendar management, overseas trip planning, logistics support for meetings and teleconferences, and document filing).
- Documentation management and systematic filing of records.
- Become a liaison to ensure smooth office and programme operations.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma holder in a related discipline.
- 2 years of experience relating to project management/coordination.
