Job Summary 工作概述

You will deliver safe and comfortable facial and massageservices while achieving monthly sales targets. You will maintain accuratecustomer records, provide personalized service, promote products, ensuretreatment safety and cleanliness, and support new staff training.

Responsibilities 工作职责

• Achieve monthly personal sales targets by activelyengaging customers and promoting services

• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records tosupport service quality and follow-up

维护准确的客户资料与记录，以提升服务质量及后续跟进

• Deliver a variety of facial and massage services safelyand comfortably to meet customer needs

提供多种美容及按摩服务，确保安全与舒适，满足客户需求

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and tailor servicesto meet their expectations

及时回应客户咨询，并根据需求提供个性化服务

• Suggest and promote retail products and additionalservices to enhance customer experience and sales

推荐及推广零售产品及附加服务，提升客户体验及销售表现

• Ensure all purchased services and products are sold at orabove cost price to maintain profitability

确保所有销售的产品及服务价格不低于成本价，以维持盈利

• Maintain customer safety during treatments by followingproper procedures to prevent injury or burns

严格遵守操作流程，确保疗程安全，防止受伤或烫伤

• Provide consistently high-quality customer service tobuild long-lasting client relationships

提供持续优质的客户服务，建立长期客户关系

• Keep treatment rooms, facilities, and equipment clean andsanitized according to safety policies

按照安全规定保持疗程室、设施及设备清洁与消毒

• Ensure treatment rooms are stocked with sufficientproducts to support uninterrupted service delivery

确保疗程室备有充足产品，以保障服务顺畅进行

• Guide and train new staff members to support theirdevelopment and promote internal growth

指导及培训新员工，促进团队内部成长

Required Competencies & Certifications 任职要求及资格

• Preferably hold certifications from CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITE,WSQ, RP, or Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine

优先考虑持有CIBTAC、CIDESCO、ITE、WSQ、RP或新加坡中医学院相关证书者

• Ability to commit to working retail hours includingweekdays, weekends, and public holidays

能接受平日、周末及公共假期的轮班工作时间
