Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, engineering design, execution, testing and commissioning.

• Review drawings, technical specifications and coordinate with consultants, architects, clients and authorities.

• Supervise site activities and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and project progress.

• Prepare and review shop drawings, technical submissions, method statements and as-built drawings.

• Coordinate with M&E, structural and architectural teams to resolve technical and site coordination issues.

• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials and project costs to ensure timely completion.

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for procurement, material delivery and contract administration.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with PUB, BCA, WSH and relevant statutory requirements.

• Attend project meetings, provide progress updates and manage technical issues, variation orders and project documentation.

• Ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, M&E Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) or M&E construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing & sanitary systems, project execution and construction methodology.

• Familiar with PUB, BCA, WSH and relevant Singapore building regulations.

• Able to interpret technical drawings and coordinate across multiple construction disciplines.

• Experience in project planning, cost control, subcontractor management and site coordination.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIM/Revit will be an advantage.

• Registered Licensed Plumber or BCA Plumbing & Pipefitting certification will be an added advantage.
