Job Summary
Join our warehouse team to inspect and verify electronic components, ensure products meet customer quality standards, and support accurate inventory and shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming electronic components against purchase orders, customer specifications, and datasheet requirements.

• Perform quality inspections and complete inspection reports accurately.

• Receive, label, and stock incoming products in accordance with customer and quality requirements.

• Enter product information into the receiving system and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Identify and process non-conforming products in line with the Quality Management System

• Pick and prepare stock for shipment according to customer requirements.

• Investigate and resolve product or documentation discrepancies.

• Support Quality processes and procedures as needed.

Requirements

• Tech-savvy with good knowledge of electronic components such as computer processors, keyboards, hard disks, and related hardware.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with APAC customers.

• Working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

• Location: Woodlands (Air-con warehouse)
