About the role

W Search & Staffing is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Assistant (Logistics) to join a well-established organization based at Seletar Aerospace Park. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of up to SGD 3,000 per month. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's logistics operations, ensuring efficient warehouse management and timely distribution of goods. This position is vital to maintaining smooth day-to-day warehouse operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization's logistics network.

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods and shipments from freight forwarders into the warehouse management system.

• Organizing and storing items in designated locations using appropriate warehouse practices.

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch to customers.

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks.

• Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.

• Assisting with general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks.

• Supporting the logistics team to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and managing inventory. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to follow health and safety procedures at all times.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (desirable).

• Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8am - 5pm. Comfortable to work overtime when necessary.

• Shuttle bus services provided at various MRT stations.
