• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• To identify, research and develop suitable technology that will enhance and complement our existing range of product solutions.

• To evaluate, test and set up network equipment.

• To work with Sales in: Ensuring tender proposal complies with required specifications on network requirements. Reviewing proposed design & configuration of system’s network.

• To work with Project Engineers in: Setting up and configuring of system’s network components comprising of IP cameras, Storage Area Networks (SAN) and servers, Switches and routers, workstations and other peripherals.

• To provide work with Service Engineers in identifying and resolving network related hardware/software problems.

• Network administration for the Office: Managing organization's computer networks, including setting up, maintaining, and securing network infrastructure.

• System administration for the Office: Managing and maintaining IT systems, including servers, storage, and software applications.

• Technical support for the Office: Assisting users with technical issues and troubleshooting problems.

• Cybersecurity for the Office: Protecting computer systems and networks from cyber threats, including monitoring for security breaches and implementing security measures.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering.

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in networking-based role.

• Good working knowledge of computer communication and networking (LAN/WAN architecture, network security, network hardware and software).

• Good working knowledge in setting up, testing and deployment of network equipment (routers & switches).

• Good fundamentals in deploying stable setup of servers – NAS, SAN and other IT based equipment.
