1. Maintain (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Ecovadis)

2. Internal audit & documentation control

3. Management review preparation

4. Maintain equipment calibration list

Report

1. FA report & inspection

2. PPAP, CPK, fishbone analysis, 8D, FMEA, COC (if required)

3. Control Plan

4. Create & review all part for work instructions (WI)

Equipment know-how

1. Precision load test

2. Image capture (Keyence IM series)

3. Micro-meter, vernier calliper.

4. Pin gauge

5. Surface roughness tester

Preferred Experience

1. Have similar industry in precision spring, stamping or sheet metal industries

2. Can read & interpret sheet metal, stamping & wire drawing

3. Can lead and communicate with a small quality team

4. At least 3 years of experience

5. Able to handle customer feedback or complain

6. Conduct weekly quality meetings & report to direct superior

7. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering or relevant field

8. GD&T

KPI

1. Achieved target incoming inspection, IPQC, external rejection, Zero error in reports)

2. Resolve any NC & customer complains swiftly

3. Documentation (align with ISO, WI, report, FA, calibration, ISO, Ecovadis, GCL audits)

4. Others to be discussed
