• Position: Warehouse Assistant

• Location: Tuas

• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday Half Day

• Working Hours: 9.00AM to 5.30PM, 9.00AM to 1.00PM (Saturday)

• Salary: Basic up to $2,500 + OT + Performance Bonus

• Benefits: 14-21 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established company with warehouse and logistics operations in Singapore. They are currently looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse, inventory and order fulfilment activities.

• This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy hands-on warehouse work and want to build stable experience in logistics operations. You will be involved in the full warehouse process, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, inventory checks and dispatch preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments.

• Check goods against delivery notes and purchase orders.

• Sort, label and store products at designated locations.

• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.

• Assist with stuffing and unstuffing of containers.

• Load goods onto delivery vehicles.

• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks.

• Update inventory records using the warehouse management system.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with workplace safety requirements.

• Report damaged, missing or incorrect items to supervisors promptly.

Requirements:

• Relevant warehouse, logistics or storekeeping experience will be an advantage.

• Candidates without experience but willing to learn may be considered.

• Able to perform hands-on warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, picking and packing.

• Basic computer skills for inventory system updates will be useful.

• Responsible, organised and able to follow safety procedures.

• Able to work well with supervisors and team members.
