Electrical Manager (LTA Project)

Salary: Up to S$7,000 + Allowances + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months)
Location: Tengah Depot Project, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Take the lead on a landmark LTA infrastructure project and play a key role in delivering innovative electrical engineering solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Manager to lead technical design, tendering, and engineering teams while contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale rail and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and cost estimation for upcoming electrical engineering projects.

• Provide engineering support across ongoing projects to ensure successful execution.

• Review and ensure designs comply with tender specifications, industry standards, codes, and authority requirements.

• Prepare competitive and accurate tender submissions to secure new projects.

• Analyze project opportunities, market trends, and competitor pricing to develop effective tender strategies.

• Liaise with consultants, developers, architects, building owners, suppliers, and contractors throughout the tender process.

• Optimize project costs through value engineering and cost-effective design solutions.

• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.

• Manage, mentor, and guide electrical engineering teams to achieve project objectives.

• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

• 3 years of electrical engineering experience in M&E contracting, infrastructure, MRT, or LTA projects.

• Hands-on experience in electrical design, tender preparation, cost estimation, and technical submissions.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience reviewing drawings and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

• Strong understanding of tender pricing, cost optimization, and value engineering.

• Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams.

• Must have prior LTA project experience.
