Job Responsibilities

• Perform repair, maintenance and overhaul of 2-stroke and 4-stroke marine diesel engines.

• Troubleshoot and repair engine automation, control, electronic/pneumatic remote control and safety systems.

• Carry out servicing and repair works at shipyards, anchorages and customer locations.

• Handle lifting, shifting and transportation of heavy engine components for workshop repair and reconditioning.

• Communicate professionally with customers and provide prompt technical support.

• Support specialized marine engine consultancy and other operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marine, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in marine engine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.

• Able to work independently and confidently handle technical troubleshooting, repair and maintenance assignments.

• Willing to work at shipyards and anchorages, perform weekend standby duties and work extended OT when required.
