As a Workplace Safety Health Officer (LTA), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the Safety Manager in implementing and overseeing WSH systems across project sites.

• Monitor workplace safety, health, environmental compliance, and housekeeping standards.

• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and accident/incident investigations, and recommend corrective actions.

• Develop and implement Safe Work Procedures, Risk Assessments and other HSE documentation.

• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and act as the Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) where required.

• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities (MOM, NEA, PUB, etc.) on WSH matters.

• Prepare HSE reports, statutory submissions, and organise WSH committee meetings.

• Conduct HSE training, awareness campaigns, and lead the site safety team to promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Registered as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in LTA projects
