As a Director, Diagnostic Imaging, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead the strategic direction, business performance and operational management of Diagnostic Imaging, Radiation Oncology and Nuclear Medicine.

• Assume full P&L accountability, including budgeting, financial performance productivity and resource optimization.

• Deliver a seamless patient journey by enhancing every touchpoint and ensuring service excellence, patient comfort and operational efficiency.

• Ensure departments are appropriately staffed, trained and equipped to support service delivery and business growth.

• Partner with Medical Specialists to support clinical excellence, service innovation and multidisciplinary collaboration.

• Collaborate with Customer Relations to strengthen branding, outreach, referral relationships and business development initiatives.

• Work with Finance and Customer Relations to develop competitive pricing strategies, monitor profitability and optimize revenue opportunities.

• Drive continuous improvement in quality, patient satisfaction, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Radiography or a related discipline

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a private healthcare setting, preferably within Diagnostic Imaging.

• Demonstrated experience managing business operations, financial performance and multidisciplinary teams.o89
