About the role

This is a production and manufacturing role in a stable MNC environment located in Kallang. You will operate production and manufacturing equipment, perform product assembly and testing, and support quality assurance activities in a rotating shift environment.

Working Hours

• 5-day work week

• Rotating shifts

• Overtime opportunities available

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (+ Shift Allowance)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (+ Higher Shift Allowance)

Key responsibilities

• Operate production and manufacturing equipment

• Perform product assembly and testing according to work instructions

• Set up machines and equipment for production runs

• Carry out quality checks and inspections on products

• Identify and report defects or production issues

• Support basic troubleshooting and rework activities

• Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards

• Work closely with supervisors and engineers to ensure smooth production operations

About you

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, electronics, semiconductor, or related industries

• Able to work rotating shifts and overtime when required

• Willing to work in a production environment
