IT Technician | $2,000 - $2,500 + $50 Phone Allowance + Bonus

• Working days: 5.5 Days Work week Alternate Saturday Days Monday to Friday (8am to 5:30pm) | Saturday 8am - 12pm

• Working Location : North Area (Senoko - Near woodlands) - Need to travel to site (company will send to site)

• Entry Level are welcome

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Access Control Systems (ACS), Time Attendance Systems and related security solutions.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for ACS Equipment and software.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network and communication issues related to access control systems.

• Configure controllers, card readers, biometric devices, and management software. Conduct site survey and assist in project planning and implementation.

• Perform system upgrades, database backup, and software updates. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors during project execution.

• Prepare maintenance reports, service reports, and project documentation.

• Provide technical support and user training to customers.

• Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with safety requirements and company standards.
