Job Scope:

• Attend to customers' enquiries and recommend suitable service and repair solutions based on their vehicle's condition.

• Coordinate and communicate with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient servicing and repairs.

• Monitor repair progress and provide customers with regular updates on the status of their vehicles.

• Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly while delivering excellent customer service throughout the service process.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Candidates with Car Components Knowledge & Client Relationship or ANY related experience are welcome to apply
