Bring ideas to life through compelling video content that strengthens our brand and engages audiences across digital platforms. As a Creative Producer, you'll transform business objectives into creative concepts, leading projects from ideation and scripting to production and final delivery.

• Develop creative concepts, video formats and campaign ideas aligned with business goals.

• Turn marketing briefs into engaging, audience-focused content.

• Manage video projects end-to-end, from concept and scripting to production and delivery.

• Create scripts, storyboards, interview questions, shot lists and production plans.

• Direct video shoots and guide videographers, editors and external partners.

• Review edits and provide creative direction to ensure high-quality output.

• Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos and digital assets.

• Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity and target audience.

• Stay updated on content trends, storytelling techniques and AI-powered creative tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creative content production, video production or a similar role.

• Strong storytelling, scripting and creative concept development skills.

• Good understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement and video performance metrics.

• Experience creating content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook or LinkedIn is an advantage.

• Familiarity with documentary, educational, corporate or branded content formats is preferred.

• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, visual effects or AI-powered creative tools is a plus.

• Ability to develop original creative concepts, manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in the education, training, media, agency or professional services industry is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, planning and project management skills.
