Employee Communications:
Executive comprehensive internal communication strategies that promote transparency, engagement, and a strong corporate culture across all Group and markets.
Serve as the primary liaison for employee communications, ensuring timely and consistent messaging through various channels including digital platforms, town halls, newsletters, and intranet.
Develop and execute internal communications strategies that align with our Purpose and build employee engagement across all markets.
Advise markets and business units to ensure consistent and aligned messaging Group-wide.
Create and distribute engaging content across multiple channels including email, videos, employee apps, and collaterals.
Organise employee engagement activities that fosters belonging.
Skills & Experience
Degree in marketing, or related discipline with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Exceptional writing skills, with a talent to create engaging written content suitable for a B2B audience.
Digitally-savvy and currency in latest digital trends.
Familiar with digital / social media ads and formats, as well as web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript. Knowledge in other coding languages will be a bonus.
Possesses creative spirit with an eye for detail.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in a second language will be a bonus.
Self-directed, detail-oriented and collaborative team player who knows what is needed to deliver results and outcomes.
