Basic Salary: $4000 - $4500

Responsibilities:

• Prepare M&E drawings, schematics, and layouts using Revit and AutoCAD.

• Ensure designs comply with project specifications and standards.

• Coordinate design requirements with engineers and project managers.

• Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions.

• Maintain design documentation, specifications, and technical reports.

• Review and revise drawings for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Conduct design checks and implement necessary modifications.

• Resolve design issues and support improvements to M&E system performance.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Revit with BIM modelling and drafting skills.

• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
