Salary & Working Details

• Salary: Up to $4,200/month (+ 1 year performance bonus)

• Working Days: Monday – Friday / Tues - Sat

• Location: Tampines North / Changi North (Company transport provided for all shifts)

• Shift Options:

  • Morning shift: 7:00AM-4:30PM (No shift allowance)

  • Afternoon shift: 4:00PM - 1:30AM (Shift allowance: $500/mth)

  • Overnight Shift: 11:30PM - 9:00AM (Shift allowance: $800/mth)

Key Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions (e.g. diagrams and parts lists) to assemble, repair, and test different types of equipment.

• Carry out assembly, basic troubleshooting, and repairs with guidance.

• Check and prepare parts, ensure materials are available, and identify defects.

• Use testing tools and equipment to ensure products meet quality standards.

• Update job records in the system, including work progress and basic software setup or troubleshooting where required.

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level with good English literacy (able to understand engineering work instructions independently).

• Candidates with semiconductor/electronics manufacturing experience may be considered for Tester roles.

• Nitec/Diploma in any Engineering/Electrical/Mechatronic discipline are welcome to apply!
